Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about scheduling a group with Datchup.

How do I find a date that works for everyone?

Create an event with a few candidate dates, share the link with your group, and everyone marks each date Yes, Maybe, or No. Datchup ranks the dates by how many people can make them and highlights the best one.

How do I schedule a group meeting without accounts?

Datchup needs no accounts. You create an event and share a link; participants respond right in their browser. The only optional detail is an email, used just to send that person the confirmed date.

Is Datchup free?

Yes. Creating events, collecting availability, and viewing results are all free.

How is Datchup different from a Doodle poll or when2meet?

Datchup focuses on picking one best calendar date for a group, with no account required, a mobile-first design, dedicated personal and business modes, and English, French, and Spanish. Organizers can finalize the winning date and email everyone a calendar invite.

Can I use it for work meetings?

Yes. Business events use professional wording and support in-person meetings (venue and room) or virtual meetings (meeting link, ID, passcode, and dial-in details).

Do participants need to sign up?

No. Participants just open the shared link and mark their availability. Signing up is never required.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Datchup is mobile-first and runs in any modern browser, with no app to install.
